What is your return policy?

Oh no! We’re upset to know you want to return your item. If you’re as fashion obsessed as us, we know the important of the perfect fit. Here at SweetPrincessByCY, we take pride within ourselves to ensure the upmost customer satisfaction.

If you change your mind, no worries – Follow the steps below to ensure a successful return 

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Must be unworn, unwashed, and must have all tags attached

  • At this time, we do not provide return labels and it is the customers obligation to pay shipping costs by own self.

  • Please allow up to 10 working business days for the return to be processed (We suggest getting a return tracking so you know exactly when it’s back in our facility!)

  • Once processed, a $3.99 handling and processing fee per item will be deducted from the amount refunded to you

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • At this time, all sales merchandise (Including orders using discount codes and any merchandise marked down) can and will be only returned for store credit. No exceptions

  • Damaged items, incorrect items, or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise. Any reports after that will only be issued store credit.

Need to make an exchange? Due to our constant changing availability, we do not offer product exchanges. If you would like to make an exchange, follow our returns process and you will be issued store credit via online gift card to repurchase desired exchange item.

The following items are NON-RETURNABLE under any circumstance:

  • Hair accessories and hats

  • Cosmetics, beauty products

  • Jewelry, earrings, ear cuffs and accessories

  • All swimwear, bikini sets, bikini tops, bikini bottoms, one piece swimsuits

  • Underwear, panties and bodysuits

  • Any merchandise marked final sale

If any of the above mentioned items are returned, no refund or exchange will be processed. The customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges that go into recovering the merchandise.

2.Ship back your order.

3.We will email you when the return is processed.

4.Once your return is processed,please allow 24-72 hours for your bank to credit the refund back onto your payment method.
